Refund Policy and Guarantees products and equipment are warranteed against defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal and proper usage for 12 months from date of purchase, vandalism excluded. Plastic and fibreglass components carry a warranty against cracking or breaking for up to 12 months from date of purchase with normal wear and tear. Our timber is guaranteed against insect and bacteria decay for a period of 12 months. Although timber used is of high grade we do not guarantee against inherent characteristics which include wane, checks, cracks, stains, bows or twists. Our Enviropanels are guaranteed against de-lamination for 12 months.

The warranty becomes void if the following procedures are not implemented as instructed: Logs must be oiled every 3 months. Enviroply panels must be coated with Intergrain Stain at the time of installation and every twelve months. The warranty also becomes void if any part of the play system has been subject to misuse, or if the instructions for its installation have been disregarded or altered. The warranty becomes void if the play system has not been paid for at the contracted price as agreed at the time of purchase. liability is strictly limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the components warranteed. Notification of returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Products must be returned to at the customer’s expense to effect warranty replacement.

Prices quoted are FOB Brisbane, as nominated on the price list. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit, or for delays in shipment once it has left our warehouse. is released from all responsibility for loss or damage in transit by the bill of lading, which is our receipt from the carrier that the shipment was complete and in good condition. This bill of lading is forwarded to you at the time of shipment and should be checked carefully when the shipment is received. Be certain to have the agent of the delivering carrier make a notation on your freight bill of any shortages or damage.

Freight insurance is available on request.

Approval for returned items must be made in advance. The purchaser must within 7 days of the discovery of defective equipment give written advice to describing accurately the nature of the problem. Any items returned for the customers convenience must be sent freight pre-paid, be received in respectable condition, and are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Installation directions on all our units will be sent to the customer on request. We reserve the right to change specifications, installation directions and designs when appropriate.

This warranty supersedes any other warranty so given by any persons stated or implied. does not authorise any person or company to make, change or imply to conditions of warranty herein described, nor does it accept any liability for such statements made or implied.


Safety Advice

Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times during play.

Do not swing empty seat or other equipment in a reckless manner.

Do no get off the equipment while it is still moving.

Only one child (no more than 45kg weight) per swing seat allowed at a time.

Children must be dressed appropriately for play.

Avoid wearing loose fitting clothing or those with stringy bits that may be entangled into the equipment.

Do no hang or climb on the frame of swing sets as this is highly dangerous.


Check all rope and rope splicing to ensure that rope has not deteriorated. Ensure that the fibres of the rope are in tact and that there are no areas of wear that may need to be replaced.

Check all fasteners twice a month and tighten as required.

All plastic swing seats and other accessories should be removed and kept indoors when not used for long periods

All movable parts must be checked monthly for wear and tear. Lubricate or replace when necessary.

At the beginning of each new play season, check equipment for any undesired sharp edges and replace if necessary. Then check again for same, twice monthly.
